Whether you're looking for guided hikes, ski tours, or personalized excursion recommendations, our team is happy to help you plan your adventures and share the most beautiful spots in the Hochkönig region.

Your room will be available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 am.

If you expect to arrive after 8:00 pm, please let us know in advance.

If you're traveling with your own bicycle, you'll find a secure, lockable bike storage room as well as a dedicated bike washing station at the hotel.

When a child stays in the same room as two full-paying adults, the following daily rates apply:

• 0–2 years: €35 per day
  (without a baby cot or additional children's equipment; sleeping in the parents' bed or in a travel cot provided by the parents)

• 3–6 years: €48 per day

• 7–11 years: €58 per day

• 12–15 years: €73 per day

• 16 years and older: Adult rate applies

To help you plan your stay at MorgenZeit with confidence, we have summarized our cancellation policy clearly and transparently.

• Up to 14 days before arrival: Free cancellation

• From 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged

• From 5 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total booking amount will be charged

• In the event of a no-show or late arrival: 100% of the total booked arrangement will be charged

Please note that the right of withdrawal pursuant to § 18 (1) no. 10 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG) does not apply to accommodation services. The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH)apply.

We also recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, so you can plan your holiday at MorgenZeit with complete peace of mind and comprehensive protection from the very beginning.

Explore the Hochkönig region effortlessly on two wheels. Well-maintained e-bikes are available directly at the hotel. Our team will be happy to provide information about availability and recommend the most scenic cycling routes around Maria Alm.

At MorgenZeit, the day begins at a relaxed pace. Instead of a traditional breakfast, we invite you to enjoy our GenussZeit Brunch, served daily from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Indulge in a varied selection of hot and cold delicacies, homemade specialties, and premium products sourced from Maria Alm and the surrounding region.

GenussZeit Brunch for External Guests

You don't have to stay at MorgenZeit to enjoy a leisurely brunch experience. On weekends and public holidays, we warmly welcome external guests to join us for our popular GenussZeit Brunch in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.

Look forward to a delicious selection of hot and cold specialties, homemade treats, high-quality regional products, and fresh herbs from your host Anna's garden. And the best part? There's no need to rush. Our Bed & Brunch concept is all about taking your time and savoring the morning at your own pace.

The GenussZeit Brunch is available for external guests on weekends and public holidays for €40 per person. We are happy to reserve your favorite table.

For those seeking even more relaxation, the brunch can be perfectly combined with a Day Spa experience. Start with an indulgent brunch, then unwind in our wellness area, enjoy the sauna, or relax by our natural swimming pool with its sandy beach.

A little escape that feels almost like a day of vacation.

As an eventful day in the mountains draws to a close, GenussZeit in the Evening begins at MorgenZeit. From 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., our hotel guests enjoy a carefully curated and ever-changing four-course dinner, included in the half-board package. Each menu combines seasonal ingredients, regional quality, and refined flavors to create a memorable dining experience.

Sometimes light and fresh, sometimes inspired by Alpine traditions and hearty cuisine, every menu is prepared with great care, making it the perfect way to end the day.

External guests are also warmly invited to experience GenussZeit in the Evening. Our changing four-course menu is available daily from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. by prior reservation for €42 per person.

A fine glass of wine, pleasant conversations, and the relaxed atmosphere of MorgenZeit make every evening a special culinary experience—for hotel guests and local visitors alike.

You can conveniently pay for your stay in cash, with a debit card (EC card), or by Visa or Mastercard.

Your four-legged companion is also very welcome at MorgenZeit.

Dogs with a shoulder height of up to 30 cm are welcome upon prior request. The additional charge is €35 per day, excluding food. Please note that not all room categories are suitable for guests traveling with dogs.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask for your understanding that other pets cannot be accommodated.
