Our ingredients come from our home region – from the mountains around Maria Alm. Many products are organically grown, all are regional and selected with love. We know our producers and where every piece of meat, every cheese, and every grain comes from. You can taste this closeness in every bite, in every detail. And what we don't produce ourselves, we have made with the same care: from our specially created coffee to the finest tea.

Great taste begins with the finest ingredients. That is why at GenussZeit we rely on honest products from people we know. Our partners come directly from the region and share our passion for quality, sustainability, and the authentic taste of the Salzburg region.
Our beef comes from Bauernhof Stegerbauer in Maria Alm, fresh, regional, and produced with respect. Our Black Angus beef is sourced from the local company Beef Alpin. Cheese and dairy products are supplied by the KäseRebellen from the Bregenzerwald, while bread and pastries are baked daily by a local bakery. And if you love ice cream, you will be delighted by Misssi AlpenEis in Saalfelden, naturally organic and wonderfully creamy.

Our wine list offers a carefully selected range of Austrian wines, from full-bodied red wines to fresh Grüner Veltliner. We focus on regional winemakers, honest quality, and varieties that perfectly complement our cuisine. If you prefer a cocktail, you can look forward to creative creations such as the Sunset Escape or the Queen's Ghost Kiss, handmade, freshly mixed, and always with a personal touch.
