Many of our ingredients come from carefully selected producers in and around Maria Alm. For us, regional sourcing, sustainability and exceptional quality are not trends, but values we live by every day. We know our local partners personally and value the passion behind every product. Our culinary experience is complemented by our own house-roasted coffee, a carefully selected range of organic teas and countless thoughtful details that make every visit a little more special.

Quality with Provenance
Exceptional cuisine begins with exceptional ingredients. That is why, at MorgenZeit, we place great value on quality, regional sourcing and close partnerships with carefully selected local producers who share our passion for craftsmanship, sustainability and authenticity.
Many of the ingredients we use come directly from Maria Alm and the surrounding region. Our beef is sourced from the Stegerbauer farm in Maria Alm and from Beef Alpin. Cheese and dairy products are supplied by KäseRebellen in the Bregenzerwald, while fresh bread and pastries are delivered daily by a local bakery. For a sweet treat, we proudly serve organic ice cream from Misssi AlpenEis in Saalfelden.
We know our producers personally and value the dedication behind every product. Short transport routes, carefully selected ingredients and a respectful approach to people, animals and nature are simply part of who we are.
For us, regionality, sustainability and honest flavour belong together. And it's something you can taste in every single course.
