In addition, cheese from the KäseRebellen in Vorarlberg, cold cuts from Stegerbauer in Maria Alm, as well as fresh fruit, yogurt and muesli in many different variations. Our brunch in Maria Alm stands for authentic flavor and high-quality ingredients from the region.
For those who prefer something warm, a selection of egg dishes, rösti, pancakes and small hot dishes prepared directly from the kitchen is available. Freshly pressed juices, smoothies, Prosecco and our own organic coffee are also served – strong, aromatic and fairly traded. Tea lovers can enjoy our handpicked selection of organic teas from Teehandwerk in Saalfelden.
