As the day in the mountains slowly comes to an end, the evening GenussTime begins at MorgenZeit. Enjoy a daily changing four-course menu that combines regional quality, seasonal ingredients and refined flavours with a touch of creativity.

Prepared with great care and attention to detail, each dish brings together familiar tastes and contemporary ideas. Sometimes light and fresh, sometimes inspired by Alpine traditions and hearty classics – always with the ambition to create something truly special from the finest ingredients.

Many of our ingredients come from carefully selected producers in Maria Alm and the surrounding region. We source our meat from local organic farmers, organic cheese from the Käse-Rebellen dairy in Vorarlberg, and organic ice cream from Misssi AlpenEis in Saalfelden. Fresh bread is delivered daily by a regional bakery, while many of our pastries and desserts are lovingly homemade.

For us, regionality, sustainability and exceptional quality are not trends, but a way of life. And you can taste it in every course.

External guests are also warmly welcome to experience our evening GenussTime. The daily changing four-course menu is available by prior reservation for €42 per person.
