In keeping with our commitment to regionality and sustainability, we primarily offer Austrian wines and sparkling wines.

Alongside the classic cocktails you can simply order, we also offer creations such as "Sunset Escape", "Shining Pearl", "Queen's Ghost Kiss" and "Magic Treasure". With these cocktails, the non-alcoholic base drinks are fixed, and you can top them off with freely chosen alcoholic ingredients. Try it out and create your own mix.

Many of the ingredients we use come directly from Maria Alm and the surrounding region. Our beef is sourced from the Stegerbauer farm in Maria Alm and from Beef Alpin. Cheese and dairy products are supplied by KäseRebellen in the Bregenzerwald, while fresh bread and pastries are delivered daily by a local bakery. For a sweet treat, we proudly serve organic ice cream from Misssi AlpenEis in Saalfelden.

We know our producers personally and value the dedication behind every product. Short transport routes, carefully selected ingredients and a respectful approach to people, animals and nature are simply part of who we are.

Prepared with great care and attention to detail, each dish brings together familiar tastes and contemporary ideas. Sometimes light and fresh, sometimes inspired by Alpine traditions and hearty classics – always with the ambition to create something truly special from the finest ingredients.
