Exceptional cuisine begins with exceptional ingredients. That is why, at MorgenZeit, we place great value on quality, regional sourcing and close partnerships with carefully selected local producers who share our passion for craftsmanship, sustainability and authenticity.

Many of the ingredients we use come directly from Maria Alm and the surrounding region. Our beef is sourced from the Stegerbauer farm in Maria Alm and from Beef Alpin. Cheese and dairy products are supplied by KäseRebellen in the Bregenzerwald, while fresh bread and pastries are delivered daily by a local bakery. For a sweet treat, we proudly serve organic ice cream from Misssi AlpenEis in Saalfelden.

We know our producers personally and value the dedication behind every product. Short transport routes, carefully selected ingredients and a respectful approach to people, animals and nature are simply part of who we are.

Prepared with great care and attention to detail, each dish brings together familiar tastes and contemporary ideas. Sometimes light and fresh, sometimes inspired by Alpine traditions and hearty classics – always with the ambition to create something truly special from the finest ingredients.

Many of our ingredients come from carefully selected producers in Maria Alm and the surrounding region. We source our meat from local organic farmers, organic cheese from the Käse-Rebellen dairy in Vorarlberg, and organic ice cream from Misssi AlpenEis in Saalfelden. Fresh bread is delivered daily by a regional bakery, while many of our pastries and desserts are lovingly homemade.
